EvapCORE™ Standard Solutions
EvapCORE™ is Evapco Select Technologies’ standard product line. Designed with versatility and longevity in mind, these standalone systems offer configurable, plug-and-play solutions. EvapCORE™ Standard Solutions are easily integrated into existing or future control systems.
EvapCORE™ Evaporator Controls
The EvapCORE™ Standard Evaporator Solution is a standalone system that controls up to 4 evaporator zones. The system can be expanded in 4-zone increments per panel up to 64 zones total. Each additional panel is controlled via remote I/O from the main evaporator control panel. The panel utilizes an Allen-Bradley PLC and user-friendly Allen-Bradley PanelView HMI that allows the operator to configure each individual evaporator as needed. The control system can be standalone or easily integrated into a new or existing supervisory system.
EvapCORE™ Vessel Controls
The EvapCORE™ Standard Vessel Solution is a modular and configurable control system that can operate up to three Recirculator or similar style Vessels, as well as one Transfer System. The system uses an Allen-Bradley PLC and a user-friendly Allen-Bradley Standard PanelView as the interface for all Vessels within the system. The PanelView HMIs allow the operator to configure each Vessel or Transfer system as needed and provides options for present and future needs.
